Google Chrome (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.android.chrome)\nOccasionally runs in the background. Just use Firefox instead, it's FOSS and functionally superior... not that it's a high bar to clear when Chrome on Android has been slowly getting worse over the last few years.

Just use Firefox instead, it's FOSS and functionally superior... not that it's a high bar to clear when Chrome on Android has been slowly getting worse over the last few years. NOTE: Disabling or uninstalling Chrome breaks functionality for creating and storing passkeys on your phone, so keep this enabled if you want to use that form of authentication.
