Add basic build instructions #138

This is not very extensive and I would like to add some reverse engineering tips as well later, but this should be an improvement over what's currently available. Let me know if I missed anything or made any mistakes. Thanks for the work on this project, it's really cool to see Midtown Madness work on modern systems!
