No Steering Wheel Detection on current version #146

Current Open1560 does not detect the steering wheel, which an older version does.

Embedded both open1560 logs for comparison Open1560 november 2022.log Open1560 december 2023.log

Edit: Joystick works in both versions (Xbox One)

I recently switched to using SDL for controllers and haven't yet implemented rumble support. You can use the -nosdljoy cmd param to switch back to DirectInput.
