Missing Opponent 8 Icon #85

The opponent 8 icon is missing on the minimap

Need to add an extra color (0xFFFF0390) to IconColor and handle it in mmGame::mmGame. Also need to load the extra bitmap (icon_grey) in mmHudMap::Init add a case for it in mmHudMap::DrawOpponents
