Enhancement print #328

Configured print to only print the active section + contact information. Improved styles across all sections for print. Fixes #323

Detected a Chrome bug which does not like hiding sections on page which crashes print dialog. Can only reproduce on my Chrome v60.0.3112.113. Prints fine in other browsers, hoping it's a one-off on my machine.
