I have updated the visible names "Learning Center" to "Resource Center" and "Newsroom" to "News".

Fixes #320 . Fixes #319 .

@micchickenburger , If you wish to update URL structure and general programatic naming structure I would encourage you to do so. I am not familiar with all that will be involved. Thanks!
