Plugin API #486

I apologize if this is already available, but i was unable to find it.

I would like to be able to make "plugins" to dynamically add functionality to 
hacker's keyboard separate from the main permission and code base. Of course 
this would have to have the ability to enable and disable them, having them 
disabled by default - just like the input methods are in the android system.
