Added logo #68

First try drawing a gopher! Think it got good enough to use as a logo until someone draws a better one!

Also added constants for known exchange types.

I'm taking the liberty to merge this since I'm keen to see the new logo and there's no logical changes to the code. Well, except the TLS interface (which isn't really used yet).

I changed my mind. Since I re-wrote so much of the README would be nice if you could read it through. I know that I tend to do a lot of typos and misspells :)
