Break the need for the cloud completely #209

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe:

There is a HA only add-on: https://github.com/make-all/tuya-local and also here https://github.com/rospogrigio/localtuya that shows that the cloud portion isn't needed which would be really nice to break away from in case anything happens **Describe the solution you'd like:** I was hoping maybe this could be added into your plugin to give us the option to use IoT or local as desired **Describe alternatives you've considered:** Just found the add-on and thought of you! **Additional context:**

What is illegal about the way the other 2 plugins work?

legal means using tuya public api, or public sdk, not reverse engineering them and using private protocol directly. these two plugins are using the tuya private lan protocol.

For the plugin developer or user, I think there's no need to care about legal or illegal things, but for me, my ex-boss will find me :)

Real simple , if i cant control MY devices , i will not buy a tuya powered product. Vote with your wallet people.
