Settings window does not force include essential required information #369

When using the settings window from the plugin the 'account information' tab does not indicate/require that the tuya username and password are [required] * 
Also some notes how to create a MD5 salted password would be useful.

Other Infomations

I got this working after a little investigation but for new users of this very useful plugin it would make it more obvious.
