Make the textview monospaced #3

This could be a config option, but most IRC clients (including other weechat front ends) use monospaced fonts to show the buffers.

Hi! Yes, this is sensible to provide as an option. I am not too sure about making it the default, however. Polari is the gnome IRC client and does not default to monospace, I had that appearance in mind for this GUI. However the buffers with server info NEED monospace font beacuse they often make use of it for logos and such so for those buffers monospace is already enforced. This mix of fonts is a bit of an embarrassing compromise. I am open to arguments, also if someone writes a pull request to make it configurable I am happy to merge as well.
