When the window is resized to its minimum width, most of the description cannot be seen and is hence abbreviated. No horizontal scroll bar is given either.

Very long job descriptions overflow

Given that the UG states that job descriptions can have a maximum of 500 characters, the UI should support long descriptions.

However, overflowing long descriptions are cut off and cannot be seen
