Move the Notepads window to where more than half of it is hidden from the monitor. Then hit the X to try to close Notepads. The app will bring up the window asking "Do you want to save the change" outside of the monitor. You will not be able to click Yes or No.
The "Do you want to save" window should show up in the center of the screen in cases like this.
