Describe the bug
When opening associated file types from a network location or removable media, it returns the error, "No such interface supported" The same files will open normally if copied or moved to a local drive. Behavior is the same if accessed via mapped drive letter or UNC path.
To Reproduce
On any associated file type on a network or removable media: Double click or Right-click > Open with > Notepads
Expected behavior
The file would open normally.
