[Bug] can't move window when close dialog appears. #1244

Describe the bug Sometimes I move the window to see the content behind it. but if I click close the window and did not save changes the dialog will appear, and I can't move the window to click on the dialog buttons.

same with the settings dialog menu.

In case you don't know, there is a portion of the title bar which is reserved by the system that you can drag anytime you want:
