Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.（描述） 当我发现乱码时，我想切换ansi编码试试，但我没有在里面找到。因为不知道gb2312是简中win系统下的ansi。或许别的语言的普通用户（指对编码了解不深）也有一些这种困扰。
