Problem is the Horizontal tab bar truncates the text with more than 6+ notes open.
If I need to see exactly what Note I want I have to constantly resize the window horizontally to fully reveal the title of the note in the Tab.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Vertical Tab sidebar that's scrollable.
This allows us to adjust the width of the sidebar to see all the text in the title of the note, the main note text window also can
be resized.

Apple's 'Notes' on macOS and iOS is the best example of how it should be done.

This configuration leaves the title bar free to be clicked for dragging the window. Currently if tabs populate the titlebar, makes it impossible to move the window without a utility like ALTDrag.
