[Bug] App presists in primary monitor taskbar even if app itself is on second monitor

Describe the bug So I have a dual-monitor setup, and have DisplayFusion to have a secondary taskbar on my 2nd monitor. When I use Notepads, I like keeping it on my second monitor, with its icon pinned to my 2nd taskbar. The problem is that even if the app window itself is on the 2nd monitor, and its icon appears on the 2nd taskbar, there's still a minimized tab on my primary monitor's taskbar.

This normally works for pretty much all my other apps, so it's weird that it's only happening to notepads.

SECONDARILY, for some reason, if I switch desktops (i.e. ctrl+win+left/right), unlike in with my other apps on the 2nd monitor which persist, Notepads only appears on the desktop I opened it on--behavior similar to apps I have running on my primary monitor/taskbar.

To Reproduce Move Notepads to 2nd monitor. See icon/tab appear on both monitors' separate taskbars.

Expected behavior The tab/icon should no longer appear on the primary taskbar as the app window is on the 2nd taskbar

I think this is known limitation of all UWP apps.
