@stratospher was interested in addrman entries with the v2 service flag set - we could show a percentage for a set of known service flags as global stats

just doing a thought dump here:

v2 service flag stats is more interesting for ipv4+ipv6 (since tor, i2p, cjdns are already encrypted). the percentage might not change much because there's less tor, i2p, cjdns addresses in these addrman.
would be cool to see how much % of the addrman is filled
was interesting to see service flag distribution were kind of same across different addrman!
