Unresolved issues with this PR:

[x] Where is the API endpoint for blockstream? I've used block cypher for the meantime.
[x] If we go with block cypher, need to look into whether their tx size is size or vsize.

I guess blockstream.info's enpoint is https://blockstream.info/api/tx/.

EDIT: blockstream.info is definitly vsize

Still needs some error handling to make sure the tx is yet not confirmed.
