Hey, thanks for the PR. From the description, it's not clear to me:

What is the output in the CSV file?
Why is this 'report' needed?

I'm going to close this as I don't see the point in having a CSV file that has the exact same contents as a TXT file. If someone, for some reason, needs a CSV file: please rename the TXT to CSV.
