In order to get to the app natively within the Gnosis Safe interface we need to use the Safe Apps SDK. Once we get everything added and tested there is a review process. Should not be anything major but it is not a trivial amount of work to fulfill the Gnosis requirements. We can quote this one out too if you want to prioritize adapting your app to be used as a Safe App.
