Are you using the GmicPlugin_x64.zip
download? Those versions of PSP are x64 only, and will not load the x86 or ARM64 plugins.
Hello,
I'm using paint shop pro version x9, I can't get it to work on version
Another odd thing is that if I use a big image it won't work at all, biggest it uses is 8 x 12 photo size.

If you are trying to use an 8 x 12 image on the 32-bit version, it may be running out of memory.
