Doubly defined LEXICON in lexc not reported #29

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. in Lexc file:
  LEXICON AddVerb
   ...
  LEXICON AddVerb
   ...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A warning, that LEXICON AddVerb is doubly defined
Instead: No warning, both LEXICONs are happily used.
