Icons can not be loaded from jar file #108

All images and icons from de.akra.idocit.ui / src/main/resources/images/* are 
not loaded from the compiled jar file.

In class de.akra.idocit.ui.composites.SelectSignatureElementCompositeRC the 
IMAGE_PATH = "src/main/resources/images/" works if you run Eclipse in Eclipse, 
but it does not work if you run iDocIt! from jar files.
If you run iDocIt! from jar files, the IMAGE_PATH = "images/" works.

Also the paths for the idocit.ico in plugin.xml must be updated.
