Change calculating PreferencePages' sizes #34

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. You have many items in the lists on the PreferencePages for Addressees, 
Thematic Roles or Thematic Grids
2. Open the PrefPage with many items the first time

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Long lists should have scrollbars and the whole window should be not so big, 
but the PrefPage size is so calculated, that the list has no scrollbar and all 
items are visible. Therefore the page itself gets the scrollbar and must be 
scrolled and the window becomes big. That is not comfortable and does not look 
good.
