Export Addressees with their description #44

The user could read the addressees and their descriptions in a documented 
artefact as well in the exported documentations for this artefact (e.g. HTML). 
The artefact should not contain all defined addressees, but only the ones used 
in the current artefact.

When opening a documented artefact, the user could import used new addressees 
into his or her idocit.

Tasks:

1) Write a (short) concept in the wiki!
2) Discuss the concept with the team.
3) Implement it ;)
