No Scrollbars in the docpart-textboxes #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the example WSDL (Ebay Trading API).
2. Navigate to the "GetFeedback"-node.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since the "ACTION"-role is well documented, its textbox contains many lines of 
text. This textbox should have vertical scrollbar.
