Context menu item "iDocIt!" for all supported file-types (artefact-types) #7

If the user wants to document a Java-file with iDocIt!, he or she has to open 
it with the iDocIt!-editor manually via the context menu ("Open With" > ...). 
For WSDL-files there is an iDocIt!-item in the context menu. This item should 
be active for all supported file-types.
