Include Resources-Folder in Build of Java-Plugin #87

When our Hudson Build creates the plugin-jar for the Java-plugin, this jar does 
not contain the resources-folder containing the DTD-files. This has to be 
fixed. Please delete the DTD-files from package de.akra.idocit.java.services in 
the source-folder.
