Remove the scope definition of documentations. #91

The scope of a documentation is not needed any longer. It emerged that the 
benefit of this additional information is not so great and therefore we have 
decided to decrease the documentation complexity by removing the attribute.

The scope-combo box does not appear in the GUI. I close this issue.
