Convert Projects into Maven Folder Structure #93

Most of the projects including Java-Code do not have the correct Maven folder 
structure right now, even though they have a pom.xml and are build with Maven. 
To finish the Maven migration the projects have to be transformed into the 
correct folder structure

I did this already for de.akra.idocit.core ;).
