Implement HTML- and XML-Support for Complex Javadoc #97

When implementing the issue #96 a helper method supporting HTML- and XML-tags 
in the entered documentation texts has been implemented: 
JavadocUtils.escapeHtml4(...). This method should also be used when generating 
the complex Javadoc.
