NSFem_0_n does not work #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add a DerivStem with inflection class "NSFem_0_n" to derivates.xml (e.g. 
fragen:frage)
2. Make the lexicon, compile and compact the transducer.
3. Apply a noun form as "Frage" or "Anfrage"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Regrettably, no result. Should be <+NN> derived by suffixation from a verb form 
(as for example with inflection class NSMasc_es_e).
