While the Google code homepage claims the license is CC BY-SA (left column
under "Project Information"), the text says it's CC BY-SA-NC (text on the
right).

I'm too a little bit confused. Let's say if we wanted to use morphisto on a
server to provide some services (this services would be commercially sold).
Would this be possible?

Agreed, it is confusing, but it is a difficult matter: The original SFST code
plus the original SMOR morphology on which Morphisto is based are GPLv2. But
SMOR only comes with a 1,000 entry lexicon with examples from the University of
Stuttgart. The 18,000 entries lexicon developed at the IDS Mannheim is CC
BY-SA.
@malinux7: Sorry no, this is not possible with the IDS lexicon. But you can
probably obtain a commercial license of the original SMOR lexicon from the
University of Stuttgart.
