searchers get errored when indexer closes a reader while a searcher is searching #30

We see this more often as we improve indexing speed.
As new index is published, old index reader is discarded and closed, this can 
happen while search is 
happening. Usually indexing is much slower than search, so this does not happen 
usually. But as 
index gets faster and faster, more and more updates will happen, and this 
problem will be more 
apparent.
