optimize and expungeDeletes does not refresh the disk index reader before 
releasing 
_optimizeMonitor. This may cause ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException on deleting 
documents 
because of inconsistent readers for docid mapping and deleting.

fixed in trunk. optimize and expungeDeletes refreshes the disk index reader.
