Add a message to Administrators regarding kills and death logs, replacing the kill-list. #411

Basically it'd say something along the lines of: [TIMESTAMP] [IB]Test1 has been killed by [TDF]Test2 with an AK-47. If you want to add it for Beta Testers aswell that'd be even better yes.
