dex_container_exited - similar to dex_container_running but reports 1 if the container has stopped and 0 otherwise;
dex_container_restarting - similar to dex_container_running but reports 1 if the container is in the restarting state;
dex_container_restarts_total - this metric is a counter witch indicates the number of times a container has restarted. Useful to compute a rate() at which a container is restarting, which indicates something is wrong with the process inside the container (maybe constantly crashing).
The Dockerfile was change to save two layers in the final image, by preparing the root fs of the final stage before copying.
