Bugfix: SIWE sessions for Loopring Wallet's WalletConnect

Context

• The Loopring Wallet's WalletConnect implementation for some reason has nothing returned from await siweMessage.validate(signature), even though the signature seems to be OK.
• After some research, I found that configureSIWE in connectkit-next-siwe uses a deprecated method from the siwe library. It uses siweMessage.validate(signature) instead of the now recommended siweMessage.verify(params).
