Add flipping information cards on account #59

Adds User settings link on sidebar loads #habitat-account
Reduces font-size of color toggle icons to have entire icon visible
Adds information icon to gas and yield accounts
Clicked information cards flips display between text and data
Card flips back to data after 5 seconds
