Allow treasuries to re-use or deploy new trading modules on the rollup to put the assets to work.
These modules must adhere to a common interface for easier frontend integration and must be flexible enough to allow for different swap implementations.
Assets should be pool-able, each deployed trading module receives it's own address and must comply to a common interface for swaps / adding liquidity.
