Migrate LP Rewards to Uni V3 instead of V2

⚡️ Challenge:

Only 2 million tokens are circulating with a majority of it being held by whales that are not selling

🦋 Desired Outcome

By incentivising UNI V3 liquidity which is more capital efficient (uses less HBT tokens), more users will be inclined to provide liquidity

• How do we calculate the rewards with v3 given that liquidity providers can set a range?

Given that, for each 24hrs we calculate the % share of the pool any lp provided. Now, let's assume the average price hovers around $6 and we have

• Alice, provides 1k HBT and equiv. ETH in the range $4 - $9.
• Bob, who provides 4kHBT and equiv. ETH in the range $6 - $6.5.
• Charlie, provides 9k HBT and equiv. ETH in the range $10k - $99k.

-- We probably don't want Charlie to earn anything.

So,

• Who earns more rewards given any range?
  • Probably, only the active price range given that day and % share.

Re: Capital Efficiency - some thoughts This can only be more efficient for 🐳 's (and big platforms) with big positions and a volatile market. (Gas fees for actively changing the range in contrast to their share in the range) Small holders or long term and bigger range - lp providers gain a disadvantage from this functionality.
