In terms of LANGUAGE, the changes i propose are all into IMPERATIVE VERBS for the user to do something: New Proposal is now Submit new proposal In queue is now Study before voting Voting period is now Vote now Grace Period is now Review Ready for Processing is Confirm Completed is Check results

so they are 6 buttons: submit - study - vote - review - confirm - check

In terms of order, and considering past debates, the buttons are to be rearranged in a circle with arrows.

the button SUBMIT is highlighted blue, it should also be highlighted on new overlay. the button VOTE will also be highlited, in a color that makes UX go to this button.

new graphic overlay is now added in this post.

@cyan-one can change the naming of each phase/period to the ones mentioned here. submit - study - vote - review - confirm - check

@brunobettati we would need to be consistent with the colours and therefore would adjust the UI colour changes of the buttons (vote/submit) aligned with the colour schemes provided from your/Tomas side.

We can not rearrange the periods in a circle, this needs more time and is out of scope.

@MaxKuck i requested @johannbarbie and agreed that Deora would put in each GitHub, each time there is a delivery that is out of budget and/or time, you would publish in each github cost and period, for which there is a reference list of @cyan-one . This is urgent.

What we can do, see my first comment.

Rearranging the phases in a circle would be estimate of 800 DAI We need to change the entire framework of the front end. But this is just a big guess. We need visual input from your side here to make a better guess.

Excellent. I will consult with tomas, but the obvious choice is red colour for "VOTE."

Visual reference added, as you can see, we keep the horizontal line, but modify the order of the buttons. This in order to keep it simple and at no extra cost. keep in mind that "in queue" is now called "study" and is in second position, not in fifth.

@brunobettati as said on a previous note we changing the submit button on the left needs to be left for 2.0 as this takes too much effort for such a small change. Reordering the phases however can be done.
