I've made my review. Please check the comments. There are suggestions such as the consistency with of using "teal.garden". Other text changes I added in the comments. Use the suggestions as you feel like.

This might need a redo once we get more input from our target group.

"processes" and "self-managed" needs to be changed

maybe also change the bigger headline on the website to "self-managed"
