Add an ETH Turin and newsletter bumper #29

Bounty

Teal.Garden and ETH Turin will be closely connected. Whether we launch it there or not. Therfore it would be nice to announce it on our site.

We also have only one CTA for our newsletter on the page. It would be nice to have a second subscription bumper on the page
