I have actually followed the installation steps and suffer from the same issue.

EDIT: Solution for me was to execute: pip install beautifulsoup For some reason the version pip2 installs (v4) doesn't work, while pip one (v3) does.

This is to let you know that this issue has been worked on and fixed in 55f171e and 440513a. This shouldn't be reproducible anymore. :)
