Description

Add an option to deploy cdk-erigon as an RPC.

Local L1

[x] Deploy cdk-erigon rpc along the local kurtosis-cdk setup.
[ ] Make sure the RPC is in-sync and works well.
[x] Provide documentation for this use case.

External Network
