Follow up of #83

[x] Introduce sequencer types lib
[x] Refactor cdk-erigon lib / package
[ ] Start cdk-erigon sequencer inside the trusted env package
[x] Merge cdk-erigon rpc and sequencer configs
[x] Document cdk-erigon config file
[ ] Document the procedure to switch from one sequencer type to another
