Simplified Bridge Interface #99

Description

This PR adds a very very simple UI specifically for interacting with the bridge. For the time being, I'm not replacing the current bridge UI, but this is a good backup option.

Additionally in this PR, I'm exchanging to the rust variation of the agglayer.
